PARD INDIA Celebrated Children's Day by “Inspiring Young Minds” across all READ Centers
Children's Day was celebrated matching the timeline of 14 November 2024 across all our READ centers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states to honor the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister. Known for his deep affection and fondness for children, Nehru believed that children are the foundation of a nation's future. The day emphasizes providing children a safe, happy, and nurturing environment.
As part of our initiatives under “Inspiring Young Minds”, PARD INDIA has organized various events, sports & games, drawing and painting, songs, dances, and storytelling, etc., highlighting the importance of education and equal opportunities for every child at the following READ centers:

The events were conducted with the full support and participation of the respective school administration (Headmasters and Teachers), local volunteers, and community leaders. Prizes were distributed to the winners to celebrate their talent and inspire them to be world leaders. Additionally, all participants received pens as a token of appreciation, ensuring no child was left empty-handed.
M/s IRCON International Ltd, New Delhi, is a Government of India Undertaking (Navaratna Company) under the Ministry of Railways. It is in a CSR partnership with PARD INDIA to implement the “After School Education Program” under the READ Project, which will support about 200 V-kids in ten (10) Government Primary Schools for a twelve (12) month period starting from October 2024.
Our “V-kids” are those children hailing from rural backgrounds who are often denied equal opportunities in their upbringing, study environment, and exposure to the competitive world.
