As part of its ongoing community health and awareness initiatives, PARD INDIA, in collaboration with the Lions Club, organized a Cancer Awareness Rally Program at Sri Sanghamitra Vidyalaya, Dubacherla, Nallajerla Mandal. The event aimed to spread awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The program was graced by Dr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, Oncologist from Basavatarakam Indo-American Cancer Hospital, Hyderabad, who participated as the chief guest and addressed the gathering on cancer awareness and prevention.
During the rally, students of Sri Sanghamitra Vidyalaya carried placards and raised slogans on cancer prevention, encouraging the local community to adopt healthy habits and undergo regular medical check-ups.
On this occasion, Dr. Ravi Shankar Prasad and Mr. Ambati Srinivasa Rao, Director of Sri Sanghamitra Vidyalaya, emphasized the importance of health awareness and early detection as vital steps in the fight against cancer.
The event successfully created awareness among villagers and motivated them to stay informed and proactive about their health.
