Betala Nagamani, a passionate educator from Yernagudem who has been making a transformative impact on students through the After School Education Program (ASEP) by PARD INDIA. With over three years of experience, she shares how the initiative has changed not just the lives of students but also her own professional journey.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continuous encouragement, Nagamani writes. This program has given me a great deal of support, confidence, and happiness. It has truly helped me grow.
Before joining ASEP, many students, especially from vulnerable backgrounds, struggled to express themselves or even dream beyond their limitations. Before ASEP, children could not express themselves. But now, they have become success stories, she shares with joy.
Nagamani also highlights how the school has positively impacted the students’ families: The school has given my son great scope for growth. I’m thankful to the teachers for guiding him.
Reflecting on her own journey with PARD INDIA, she notes: Working with PARD INDIA has made me very happy. I’ve gained three years of valuable experience. I feel supported and encouraged by the organization, and I’m grateful to the staff and students who’ve made this journey so meaningful.
Her suggestion for the future keeps bringing the programs again, especially the ones involving children’s activities.
Nagamani’s story reflects how ASEP not only enhances children's academic and life skills but also empowers educators, turning them into agents of change in their communities.
