I am Uggana Lavanya, a housewife from Yernagudem. My family, including my husband, who is a daily wage laborer, has faced severe financial struggles. With growing expenses and limited income, I realized that I needed to step forward and support my family.

With this determination, I joined the Sewing Training Program organized by PARD INDIA in collaboration with M/s Jayam Solutions. I had no prior experience in tailoring, but through this training, I gained valuable skills in stitching various women's garments, including frocks, churidars, uniforms, jute bags, and petticoats.

Initially, I found it challenging, but with continuous support from the trainers, I mastered the craft. Today, I feel empowered, not just with skill but with the ability to contribute financially to my family.

This training has given me confidence, self-respect, and a new purpose. Now, I can ensure my children receive a good education and a better future. I no longer feel helpless but instead feel proud of my ability to earn and support my family.
